Under this program, orders containing items listed on the EXAM360 public domain are seamlessly forwarded to local suppliers based on product availability. Placing an order under the 'Fulfilled by: Suppliers' category is a straightforward process on our platform at https://shop.exam360.in. The following steps outline the seamless procedure.
Customer Information:
To ensure efficient order fulfilment, EXAM360 shares only customer shipping information with local suppliers. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of processing and dispatching orders.

Order Processing:
Upon receiving orders, EXAM360 initiates the processing of the orders to the suppliers to process the orders. The responsibility of dispatching orders through "Self-Ship" couriers rests with the respective local suppliers where EXAM360 monitor each forwarded orders very closely using AI Tools.

User Agreement:
By purchasing products supplied via the Suppliers Programme, customers implicitly agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this programme. Users are encouraged to review the details on the product page, where items fulfilled by suppliers are clearly marked with the message "Fulfilled by: Suppliers" accompanied by the symbol "".

Issue Resolution:
While local suppliers handle customer service for orders they fulfil on behalf of EXAM360, users are advised to contact EXAM360 for any issues related to delivery, product concerns, or other matters. EXAM360 acts as an intermediary, forwarding issues to the respective local suppliers for prompt resolution.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of disputes, EXAM360 is committed to addressing and resolving issues. The programme may undergo updates in the future to enhance user experience. However, it's important to note that, as of now, EXAM360 does not assume responsibility for the product quality of items listed under the Suppliers Fulfilment Programme, as they are categorized as "Like New" and intended for reading purposes only.

Rest assured that we prioritize your security. While we send the Order Value to the third-party supplier for processing, no payment or security-related information is shared with the 'Suppliers'.

Return Policy under the Suppliers Fulfilment Programme

General Return Policy:
Our Suppliers Fulfilment Programme is primarily aimed at fulfilling customer demand efficiently. However, it's important to note that the standard return policy does not apply under certain conditions:

Old Version Delivered:
☛ Returns will not be accepted based on receiving an old version of the product.

Item Defective/Damaged:

Suppliers Fulfilment Programme Specifics

Direct Supply by Suppliers:
☛ Under the Suppliers Fulfilment Programme, products are directly supplied to customers by our participating suppliers. EXAM360 has a limited role or involvement in this programme.

Programme Intent:
☛ The primary purpose of this programme is to efficiently meet customer demand.

Reporting Counterfeit Issues

Counterfeit Concerns :
In the rare case of encountering counterfeit products, customers are encouraged to report the issue promptly. Please send an email to 'exam360.in@gmail.com' detailing the counterfeit concerns. Upon receiving your email, we will review the provided information and communicate further steps to address the issue.

☛ Customers are advised to carefully review product details, including condition and authenticity, before making a purchase.

Refund Policy for Suppliers Fulfilment Programme

General Refund Policy:
Under the Suppliers Fulfilment Programme, the standard refund policy is not applicable due to the fund already being processed for the order's fulfillment by local suppliers. Once funds are released to local suppliers, returns/refunds will not be applicable under the 'EASY RETURN' policy or any other policies, including the Refund Policy and Coupon Policy.

Refusal of Delivery: 
In the event that a user places an order but refuses to accept the delivery:
Automatic Return: The product will be automatically returned to our warehouse or the respective local suppliers.
Resending Orders: In compliance with current guidelines, the product will be resent to the customer after contacting the reasons for refusal. Resending will be done without any extra charges if delivery failed due to insufficient address.
Cancellation for Refund: If the customer rejects the delivery and wishes to cancel the order for a refund, it will be treated as per the categories 'Courier Refuse & Insufficient Address' or 'Policy Violations & Others,' as outlined in Tabular Chart 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 of the Refund Policy.

Non-Dispatched Orders: 
If any product is not dispatched within 15 days from the date of the order:
Refund Request: Users can contact our dedicated support team through ECG Portal at https://support.exam360.in/ for a refund or to cancel the order.
Dedicated Team Review: The Exam360 dedicated team will take appropriate actions after reviewing the complaint or issues which you have encounter.
Full Refunds: In cases where products are not dispatched within the specified timeline, full refunds will be issued against the order. But in case if the item is on the way or shipped or received by users, until return back the refunds will be on Hold.
