Under this policy users can access the facility of 'Exchange, Replacement and/or Refund which is offered by EXAM360® (INDIA) to all the valuable users. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general policy/returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable general policy/return policy on the product page also. 

EXAM360® (INDIA) offers 7 Days - Easy Return / Replacement policy for "Buyer Protection". Under this policy users can claim for Exchange / Return / Replacement / Refund in any item with full BuyerProtection only for 'Genuine Cause' in which uses have the option to exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered.

To Access this facility, Users need to Lodge Complaint at 'EXAM360 CONSUMER GRIEVANCE (ECG)' Portal, The Official Link of the website is https://support.exam360.in/. Below are the 'Process' flow chart given which will help users to understood 'How Easily User can lodge complaint through the right channel to get the proper resolution. No Complaint will be Entertained Outside the Portal.

➡ Return or Replacement request for any order id should be raised within 7 Days of receiving the product.
➡ For any wrong item delivered / damaged item received or missing products, the return request should be filed within 2 to 3 Days upon receiving the product for expedite action.
➡ After receiving the Return Shipment at EXAM360® (INDIA) fulfilment centre from users (buyers), EXAM360® (INDIA) will initiate Replacement as per the users requests or after verifying the issues reported by the users. But EXAM360® (INDIA) fulfilment centre may refuse to accept the Return / Replacement if any of the 'General Terms' or Conditions are not fulfilled.
➡ Return / Replacement of Product will depend upon the availability of the stock at EXAM360® (INDIA) fulfilment centre, In-case if the item is physically 'Out of Stock' at  EXAM360® (INDIA) warehouse, in such cases users need to cooperate with us and may need to wait sometime or can get Partial Refund as per the policy standards.
➡ If the users reported some other issues apart from 'Damaged Item Received' but if EXAM360® (INDIA) fulfilment centre receive the product in Damage Conditions, in that cases EXAM360® (INDIA) may refund Partial Amount or may not be under any liabilities to process the refund / replacement. If our fulfilment centre considers any settlement amount, it will reflect in your Bank Account within 0-15 Business Days after initiating or processing the refund.
➡ While returning the product to EXAM360® (INDIA) fulfilment centre, The return package must have the same original packaging, un-used condition including labels with all required papers and documents. While returning any product to EXAM360® (INDIA) fulfilment centre users need to pack the item properly to avoid any damage during Transit.
➡ No Return / Replacement / Refund will be applicable during the product shortage or crisis. During this phase if any item is sold will not be refundable under any conditions & no requests will be entertained. (Refer to - Point 22, Terms & Conditions)
➡ Order by Mistake / Order in Error / Don't liked the product & others similar cases is strictly not covered under 'Easy Return / Replacement' policy. If you are not serious while making any purchase, EXAM360® (INDIA) will not liable for any loss or damages. EXAM360® (INDIA) always recommend users to cross verify each and every details while making the purchase, so that this type of problems can be easily avoided. If you are not mentally prepared to place an order, in that type of cases we also recommend to take your time.

 Wrong item received/delivered.
✔ Wrong quantity or Missing product received/delivered .
 Old version received/delivered (As per the order details records)
✔ Item defective or damaged received/delivered.
✔ In-authentic product received/delivered.

EXAM360® (INDIA) ensures that your order is safely delivered to you within the estimated time, but it may delay sometime depends on the courier partner’s availability. However, if you have ordered a wrong product you may cancel the order before shipment without any deduction. A cancellation request cannot be made after your order is shipped to the logistic. While cancelling the orders, users need to contact the Support Team through Helpline or EXAM360 Customer Support Portal if the item is not despatched to the logistic, You can get refund within 7 -15 business days.

All the Return / Replacement request will be validate by EXAM360® (INDIA) executives. After approval of the same, we may arrange reverse pickup of the product from your door step (address) if it is under service area by the logistic partners. but if the reverse pickup service are not available on your address or pin-code, we may ask you to dispatch the product through the recommended courier channels. The courier charges will be reimbursed upon receiving the return product at EXAM360® (INDIA) fulfilment centre and then the reimbursed amount will be credited either through Bank account, upi or by cash as per the suitability.

After receiving the product, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement / Return will not acceptable if the claim is not properly matched or for any unethical cause. EXAM360® (INDIA) always accept the issues which falls under genuine cause, but if anyone trying to misuse this facility, under that conditions to protect us from any frauds we may suspend or block users.

A Full Refund is nothing but the amount which was received by EXAM360® (INDIA) after deductions by the Payment Gateway. EXAM360 generally encourage users (buyers) to buy any products with Buyer Protection under specific conditions apply.
 If, users purchased any item and want to cancel the item before despatching the order can get refund as per the 'Refund Policy'.
 If any wrong item / quantity delivered to 'Users', EXAM360® (INDIA) will be issue full refund / replacement depends on the present situation after investigating the case by the officials.
 If any defective or damaged product was delivered (As per the order details records) will be considered under Full Refund Criteria. 

The term 'Reimburse' includes the price of the reverse shipping charge cost (up to Rs.80 /-) which was paid by 'Users' in 'Self Shipping' for returning of the item under certain conditions apply in "Return / Replacement Criteria". The case of 'Self Shipping' arises when EXAM360® (INDIA)  unable to  arrange reverse pick up facility for users (buyers) and in that case users (buyers) have to ship the product by themselves for refund or replacement of the product. Under "Reimburse" conditions only the Reverse Logistic Charges will be provided to the users (buyers) up to Rs.80/- after verification of the logistic courier partner courier slip/booking slip. Without the courier slip, no reimbursement will be applicable. 

A Partial amount is nothing but the part of your payment excluding both way shipping charges & processing fees. When you returned an item, your refunded amount will be allocated by EXAM360® (INDIA) and it may vary based on the actual condition of the products.

If, there are no problems occur by EXAM360® (INDIA) in such cases users will get Full Refund under Buyer Protection Policy. Apart from those conditions, in other cases a partial amount will be allocated depends on the actual scenario as specified under 'Refund Policy'.

While issuing the Partial refund the deduction will be based on the present condition of the products and validation of other factors. EXAM360® (INDIA) has the right to deduct those charges as per policy standards. Under this Partial Refund EXAM360® (INDIA) can deduct the following charges listed below:
 Forward & Reverse shipping charges.
 Payment gateway transaction charges.
 Processing charges.
 Item damaged charges.
 EXAM360 resource usage cost. 

EXAM360 SHOP offers 7 Days easy Return / Replacement policy for "Buyer Protection". Under this policy users can claim Return / Replacement for any item with full BuyerProtection only for “Genuine Cause” in which uses have the option to exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by EXAM360® (INDIA).

The term 'Successful Return' implies completion of following stages like:
  1. Successful receiving of returned product.
  2. Thorough investigation of the received product whether the product received is damaged or not.
  3. Upon completion of the previous two stages Refund process will be initiated which may take time from 48hours to 72 hours or more to process the refund. In addition to this if buyer filled the despatch address improperly or entered invalid contact information 'No Return Request' will be accepted.

We mainly operate through third party courier service providers and 'India Post' and 'Indian Railway Mail Service(RMS)' which are leading among them and they have 'Return Pick up Facility' in certain Pin codes. If 'Return Request' arises from available service pin codes of above mentioned two premier organisations, or any other private owned logistic partners we will try to arrange the 'Pick Up Facility' but if no return peak-up service are available as per our internal records then users need to despatch the item through own courier as per the above guidelines after lodging the return requests.

Under User's Return System the users (buyer) has to place return request within 48-72 hours upon receiving the product and self ship the product through any courier / recommended courier by EXAM360® (INDIA) officials and have to send or share the tracking id details and photograph of the courier receipt to our specifically entitled 'Official E-mail Id' and Whats-app or through any other helpline numbers given on EXAM360® (INDIA) website. But before despatching the return courier users (buyers) needs to get approval of the return shipment with Return shipment Token No. which will be generated by EXAM360® (INDIA) officials for authorisation of Refund / Replacement. If no return token no. is authorized users will not eligible for Refund / Replacement. While returning any product user's need to package the item properly for the product safety.

Upon receiving the product by users (buyers), we request to examine the product immediately, if any discrepancy found  like damaged, defective, different product received in that case please immediately contact with us through official e-mail id or EXAM360 Customer Support Portal and raise the return request. After raising return request either candidate has to self ship the product or we will arrange 'Reverse Pick Up' facility in some cases. But before despatching the return courier users  or buyers needs to get approval of the return shipment with Return shipment Token No. which will be generated manually by EXAM360® (INDIA) officials for authorisation of Refund / Replacement. If no return tocken no. is authorized users will not eligible for Refund / Replacement.

Dispute on Return arises in several cases are as follows: Here we give you some of the points on which 'Return Request' dispute may arise. 
  1. If 'Return Request' is raised on the ground of different pricing in one of the 'EXAM360 (Group) websites' we will not initiate or entertain any kind of Return Request from users (buyer). It is always advisable to our customers to go through all terms and conditions before purchasing any product(s) from EXAM360® (INDIA) websites or android app.
  2. 'Return Request' some time raised due to delay in delivery: In this case we follow some standard operating procedures. If the place is located in remote part of the country, as we operate through third party courier partners we have to investigate the matter and raise it to the higher authorities of the respective courier companies and if it is found that no mistakes are made from EXAM360® (INDIA) 'Return Request' will not be accepted.
  3. 'Return Request' will not be accepted and 'Complete Refund' will  not be initiated if the shipped product from users (buyers) is received in damaged condition but while lodging the complain no such complaint were raise related to damage issues. In this case we will initiate 'Partial Refund' and the amount to be refunded completely depends on the condition of the physical product conditions.
  4. If 'Return Request' is raised arbitrarily without following the points mentioned above, we will cancel the return request and buyer can not claim any refund from us.
  5. If 'Return Request' is raised for not getting products, As  EXAM360® (INDIA) is dependent upon the data provided by the third party logistics partner. If it is found that the delivery boy of respective logistic company attempted to reach the customer in every possible ways like 'calling the customer''not found anyone' in the mentioned address in that case 'Return Request' will not be accepted .That's why we always request our customers to fill up the shipping address with utmost care and always mentioned the correct mobile number which is in working condition through which EXAM360® (INDIA) officials or the Logistic Partners can able to contact.

In this case a major factor arise on which the question of whole return system depends they are 
  1. The Product is received in damaged condition, 
  2. The Product received is different from what was ordered. 
If these conditions arise buyer have to make a small video clip (without tampering the video clip or any editing on the video clip) of the product and take a clear picture of the product and send it to our entitled official e-mail id or through EXAM360 Customer Support Portal. After this EXAM360® (INDIA) officials will investigate the matter whether the fault is arisen from EXAM360® (INDIA) or mishandling by the third party courier service provider, if it is found that the product is damaged due to mishandling by the courier partners we will have to take up the matter with them and in this case completion of the Return Request and refund may take some time and it is not practically possible to specify the time in these type of cases. So, in these type of cases we request buyers to keep patience because at the end of the day we will always stand beside our loyal and genuine customers and it is our duty.

If the returned product is received within the 7 days of the delivery we will investigate the received product and if the received product is found to be in good condition we will initiate the process of refunding within 48-72 hours & the amount will be credited in between 7-15 Days after the refund processing.

Upon thoroughly examining the returned product from users (buyers) we either initiate the process of replacement or Refund process within 48-72 hours or more. At EXAM360, we always strive to deliver the latest edition of our products to our valued customers. If older editions are available in our stock, we will fulfil those orders. However, our priority is to provide the most up-to-date editions whenever possible.

In the event that older edition stocks are unavailable, and the product ordered by the customer is also out of stock at our company, manufacturer, or suppliers' warehouses, we will temporarily hold the shipment until the latest edition is released.
