How To Avail Discounted Coupon / Promo Code?

1. How do I discover and use EXAM360 Discounted Coupons / Promo Code?

Answer: You can discover discounted coupon / promo code through the Coupon / Promo Code Home Page (If any), Product detail page, Search, Product listing pages and in your shopping cart. Sometime you may see coupons available only on Android Application only and vice versa. If you found any coupon / promo code is available, You can use these coupons by ‘collecting’ them in these pages. After you have collected the coupon / promo code, when you checkout, use the 'Code' in checkout page to get additional discounts. However in some coupon / promo code that will be automatically applied during checkout, in such cases users can see Additional discounts offered by Exam360 in checkout.

2. Do I need to copy and paste some coupon code?

Answer: Yes, If any discounted coupon / promo codes are available, You just need to copy that code and paste it in the respective "Add Discount Coupon" options available at checkout page. Sometimes, you may not receive any coupons, or There are no visible promo codes to copy and paste. You just have to click on “Collect Coupon” button and the discount will be automatically applied as you checkout.

3. Can I collect a coupon now and make the purchase later?

Answer: No. EXAM360 don't guaranteed that the collected coupon will be saved to your account (if any) and will be automatically applied when you purchase the item. Meanwhile, if the coupon validity expires, you may not get any additional discounts, so you can make a purchase before expiry.

4. Where will I find the coupons collected by me?

Answer: When you visit Exam360 website, you’ll find a “Coupons” (if avialble) on Homepage or Product Page or Search. There is no fixed timeline or EXAM360 don't assured that all time coupons will be available. So, if you see any coupon code is displaying on Coupon / Promo Code Home Page (If any), Product detail page, Search, Product listing pages and in your shopping cart, you can make use of it at the earliest or before expiry.

5. What happens if I want to return the item purchased using Coupon?

Answer: If you return the item as per the Easy Return Policy followed by Terms & Conditions , Delivery Policy, Order Cancellation or other Policies of Exam360 within the return window and want a refund, you’ll get the amount paid as per the policy guidelines only. But, If you want a replacement, the coupon code may not be applicable while Replacement.

6. If "Users" paid total amount of Rs.99/- (By applying Coupon / Promo Code) to EXAM360. How much "Users" will get as refund?

Answer: EXAM360 officials will throughly checkout the order details and will issue the refund as per the Easy Return Policy followed by Terms & Conditions , Delivery Policy, Order Cancellation or other Policies. If users are eligible to receive "Full Refund" in such cases Rs.99/- will be refunded back to "Users" account.

7. If "Users" paid total amount of Rs.98.90/- (By applying Coupon / Promo Code) to EXAM360. How much "Users" will get as refund?

Answer: EXAM360 officials will throughly checkout the order details and will issue the refund as per the Easy Return Policy followed by Terms & Conditions , Delivery Policy, Order Cancellation or other Policies. If users are eligible to receive "Full Refund" i.e. Rs.98.90/- in such cases users will get Rs.98/- only instead of Rs.98.90/-. To avoid this deductions "Users" are requested not to use any such coupon / promo code where decimal figure generated. It is the responsibility of "Users" to agree with this Policy, before checkout kindly go through these details carefully before making any purchase in your cart. If "Users" used any coupons and after applying the coupon code the Total Payable amount in decimal figure, It will be treated as "Users" agreed with the policy as explained in Conditions & Limitations under Point 7, If any refunds made "Full / Partial" the decimal value will not be reversed back to "Users" Account.

6. If I collect a coupon and purchase multiple quantities of the item, will I get the coupon discount on all items?

Answer: Yes. The Coupon discount will be applied only to one time of your purchase. E.g., if you collect a Coupon of 2% off, You will get the Flat discounts on the whole purchase at that time. But sometimes, If any coupon is valid for any particular item i.e. on Item X worth INR 100, and in your cart 2 items are available, I.e. Item X worth INR 100 and Item Y worth INR 50, You will get discounts only for Item X worth INR 100, i.e. Rs.2/-.
