EXAM360 - Buy Now Pay Later:
EXAM360 Pay Later scheme is eligible for its limited customers only. Customers can use these features through Instamojo Payment Gateway - Pay Later scheme is totally based on customers CIBIL SCORE. This features is popular for Bulk Orders. To access these features users needs to register to the respective "ePayLater" website through shop.exam360.in. In this features interest-free credit for 14 days and pay at your convenience. The credit limit is upto Rs.20,000 with a one time sign-up in ePayLater website. Through Buy Now Pay Later process, goods once sold will not be returned or No refund will be entertained. While registering on "ePayLater" website to access EXAM360 Pay Later i.e. - Buy Now Pay Later users need to enter PAN Card details and Other Got. Issued Identity Proof for validation. The data will be stored directly to "ePayLater" website. EXAM360 do not save any such confidential users data.

Business Customers:
EXAM360 Also offers various payments method for its Business customers (B2B Customers). We also accept payments through QR Code, Direct Bank Transfer, On Request Payments, Etc. as per the below details. 
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Payment failed while checkout:
Payment can fail due to a technical glitch or if you are using wrong credentials details. If money was deducted from your account and you did not receive any order confirmation message through registered email.

However, if your order is not confirmed, please recheck with your bank and contact us. We will check with the Payment Gateway and the bank. You may be required to submit screenshot of the account statement showing money deducted. We may ask your updated passbook screenshot for verification purpose only.

Incomplete Checkout:
‘Incomplete Checkout’ means your order is not confirmed i.e. EXAM360 SHOP have not yet received the payment against your order. If money was deducted from your account and you did not receive the order confirmation email within 72 Hours, then you need to recheck with your bank and contact us in given Helpline Support.

Is my order confirmed: 
Once your payment is successful, You will receive a confirmation email directly from the respective payments gateway i.e. Pay-tm, Instamojo, PayPal. After successful payments you will receive Order Shipping details through your registered Email Id within 72 Hours.

You can check the status of your order by using the given Tracking details through Email. Customers can track easily directly from EXAM360 SHOP Android application.

Payment declined:
If you see a payment declined message, please contact your bank for further details. However, you can contact us in given helpline numbers.

Order Settlement:
EXAM360™ (INDIA) also allows customer to customize products untill order is shipped & if stock is available in EXAM360 Warehouse. In order to meet the customers requirements for product customisation, Our executives may ask for the settlement amount. If any amounts you needs to pay, Please use the below button - "Pay with Paytm".
