Definition of Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

Trademarks Rights: These encompass marks capable of graphical representation, distinguishing goods or services of one entity from another. They may include service marks, brand names, logos, designs, shapes of goods, or combinations of colors, duly registered and/or pending registration under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Copyrights: This includes copyrighted works and materials such as literary, dramatic, musical, or artistic works, owned, acquired, or validly licensed to any person under the Copyright Act, 1957, or under the DMCA ACT.

Patent Rights: Patents are a form of intellectual property that grant their owner the right to exclude others from making, using, selling, and importing an invention for a limited period, usually twenty years. Patent rights are granted in exchange for an enabling public disclosure of the invention.

Other IP Rights: We also acknowledge and accept other Intellectual Property Rights legally recognized in India, such as Trade Secrets and any other rights that help organizations protect against Intellectual Property Violations.
