📝 Order Placement & Checkout Process:
Once you have selected your desired products and added them to the shopping cart, you must proceed to the checkout section to complete your purchase. At this stage, you will be prompted to provide your shipping address, contact details, and payment information. Upon successful completion of the payment transaction, your order will enter the QC (Quality Control) Checks phase. Only after your order passes QC verification is the sale considered complete.
💳 Billing and Payment:
All billing information provided during checkout must be accurate and truthful. Submission of false or incorrect data constitutes a violation of our terms and may result in order cancellation, the order being placed on hold for further scrutiny, or deductions and penalties being applied. In certain cases, we may request additional details from you before accepting the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or other concerns. If your order is cancelled after a payment has been processed via credit/debit card, UPI platforms like PhonePe or Google Pay, or direct bank transfers, we will initiate a refund. However, the refund amount will be subject to deduction of transaction charges imposed by the payment gateway. Refund processing typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
There are no hidden charges—what you see in your order summary is what you pay. However, due to frequent changes in the book categories and availability, certain titles you ordered may not be in stock or may have been replaced by newer editions. In such instances, our QC team will assess your order carefully and, where necessary, apply additional charges for updated versions or new catalogue prices. These will be communicated to you and reflected in your final invoice.
💰 Product Pricing:
The prices listed on our website may reflect current or outdated rates and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes and fees. If any additional charges or taxes apply, they will be clearly indicated on the website or communicated to you via email in case of sudden price hikes by publishers or brands. In such situations, users will be required to pay the difference amount in order to receive the latest edition or updated version of the product.
Orders are invoiced based on the prevailing price at the time we receive your payment and generate the invoice. Any changes made by the QC team—such as additional charges for updated content—will be reflected in the final invoice. Please note that our products are generally non-liable for GST, as per applicable regulations in India.
While we make every effort to ensure product details and pricing are accurate, data entry errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such mistakes, revoke offers, and amend pricing even after an order has been placed and charged. If this results in an order cancellation, a refund will be initiated as per the process mentioned above, which may take 7–15 business days or longer depending on your bank's processing timeline.
📦 Out of Stock Situations:
We strive to maintain up-to-date stock information for all products listed on our website. However, in the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 2–3 business days, typically via email. You will then have the option to replace the item with a new edition, accept updated pricing, delay the delivery, or cancel the order altogether—depending on your preference.
