About The Author:- 


Ravinder Kumar is Professor and Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences—the largest and oldest faculty of study at Jamia Millia Islamia—NAAC A++ grade Central University, New Delhi. Formerly, he was Head of the Department of Commerce and Business Studies; Honorary Director, Dr K.R. Narayanan Centre for Dalit and Minorities Studies; Director, Centre for Jawaharlal Nehru Studies; and Officiating Director, Centre for Comparative Religions and Civilisations, at the university.


Dr Kumar has two-and-a-half decades of teaching and post-doctoral research experience at the university level. He was Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Skyline College, Sharjah (UAE), where he taught courses of Accounting and International Financial Management, accredited by National American University, USA. He has also been a visiting faculty with the Indian Law Institute—a deemed university, Delhi; Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad; and Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.


Over the years, working in the area of Business and Corporate Law, he has authored books such as Legal and Regulatory Environment of Business, Legal and Business Environment, Business Laws, and Auditing: Principles and Practice; co-authored 2 books on Network Security and Cyber Laws; and published numerous research papers in reputed journals including one in Decision. Prof. Kumar has successfully guided 10 Ph.D. scholars in the areas of Finance and HRM.
