About the Author :-
B. Somanathan Nair is currently working as a Visiting Professor in the Department of Optoelectronics, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. Formerly, he was the Principal of Government Engineering Colleges at Idukki and Kottayam. He was also the Professor and Head, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in the Government Engineering Colleges at Thiruvananthapuram and Kannur, and was the Joint Director of Technical Education, Kerala. S.R. Deepa is Director and Professor in Prof. B.S. Nair's Institute of Electronics Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. She has over 24 years of teaching experience. She is the author of four textbooks in the area of Electronics and Communication Engineering.
