N.V.R. Naidu is Professor and Head, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He has a teaching experience of 29 years. He has presented/published about 80 technical papers both in national and international journals/conferences. He has also authored Industrial Management; Production and Operations Management; Engineering Economy; Total Quality Management; Operations Research and Metrology and Quality Control. He is a life member of several professional bodies like IIIE, ORSI, NIQR, ISTE, ISI and SAE. T. Krishna Rao is Principal, Siddharth Institute of Engineering and Technology, Chittoor, AP. He has 32 years of experience of both teaching and industry. Earlier he was Deputy General Manager, (Designs), HMT Machine Tools, Bangalore; HOD, Mechanical Engineering, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Bangalore; Asst. Prof. MSRIT, Bangalore; Principal, GIST, Jaggayyapet, A.P. He has also published several technical papers. His bio data has been included in Marquis “Who’s Who in Science and Engineering”, USA. He was also included in “Leading Engineers of World 2006” and “Top 100 Engineers of the World 2008” by International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, London.
