College of Education, Rohtak (Haryana), has been a distinguished teacher, administrator and researcher. He has devised certain Educational and Psychological tests like Teacher Adjustment Inventory and Emotional Intelligence Inventory and has been a regular contributor of research articles in reputed journals. He has to his credit a number of popular books including Advanced Educational Psychology, Second, Statistics in Psychology and Education, Second, Educating Exceptional Children, Essentials of Educational Psychology and Essential of Educational Technology (all published by PHI Learning, Delhi). Shubhra Mangal, Ph.D., is Dean, Professor and Head, School of Education, Lingaya, University, Faridabad. Earlier, she was Principal, Professor and Head of the Department of Postgraduate Studies, C.R.S. College of Education, Noida.
