About The Author:- 

AVINASH K. CHITALE, PPhD, is Academic Advisor, and former Director, GovindramSeksaria Institute of Management and Research, Indore. Earlier, he has been Professor and Head in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Shri GovindramSeksaria Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS), Indore. Dr. Chitale has authored five books, including the present title, which have been published by PHI Learning. In a career spanning over four decades, Dr. Chitale has supervised about 80 Masters Dissertations and guided 15 Ph.D. theses in various areas of management and technology.


RAJENDRA PRASAD MOHANTY, PhD, is Senior Advisor of ICFAI Group, Hyderabad. Also, he is Consultant and former Vice Chancellor of Shiksha 'O' Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar. He has 40 years of experience in academics in Indian and foreign universities and 10 years of industrial experience at top management positions. In 2015, Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hong Kong, conferred 'Fellowship Award' upon him.


In 2012, IIT Delhi awarded him the 'Research and Innovation Award'. In 2004, he was elected as Fellow of Indian National Engineering Academy towards the outstanding contribution in Engineering. In 1995, he was awarded with the prestigious 'Lilian Gilbreth Award' by Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering. Dr. Mohanty has authored 17 books in Engineering and Management for various renowned publishers.


NISHITH RAJARAM DUBEY, PhD, is Professor at National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Bhopal. Dr. Dubey is a member of Indian Society for Training and Development and former Chairman of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). He has published several research papers in national and international conferences.
